TechCoderHub is an independent Qt/QML engineering service operated by Adesh Singh. TechCoderHub is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by The Qt Company. Qt, QML, Qt Quick, and related names are trademarks of their respective owners.
References to TechCoderHub describe the service brand and website. Unless a separate written agreement states otherwise, services are offered as an independent/freelance engineering engagement rather than as a registered company representation.
The website content is provided for general information about available engineering services, technical interests, and project examples. It does not create a binding engagement, guarantee, warranty, or professional advice for your specific product unless agreed in writing.
Submitting a contact form or email inquiry does not create a contract. Any paid work, support, deliverables, timelines, confidentiality terms, intellectual property ownership, or payment terms should be confirmed separately in a written agreement.
Project pages and screenshots are shown to demonstrate interface design and engineering capability. Some examples may be prototypes, demos, anonymized work, or internally produced concepts.
Confidentiality, source code access, customer data handling, credentials, repository access, intellectual property ownership, and non-disclosure obligations should be agreed separately in writing before sharing sensitive project material.
Any pricing, milestones, retainers, hourly rates, support scope, acceptance criteria, revision limits, and payment schedule should be confirmed in a written proposal, purchase order, or service agreement before work begins.
Do not use the website, contact form, or API endpoints for spam, automated abuse, malicious traffic, illegal content, or attempts to probe or compromise systems.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, TechCoderHub is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising from website use or reliance on website content.
We may update these terms as the website and services evolve. The updated version will be posted on this page with the latest revision date.
